Travel to a town in Glaschu and convince them to allow you to buy land and hire native workers in order to build and open a school. Funds will be provided for you. Remember: most natives are currently rather Against the presence of Shardbearers, so you will have to be convincing! This quest requires you to write 1.5k words.
